It can be seen from the graph that throughout the whole of the UK the most searched keyword term is for letting agents.  This is then followed by flats for rent, houses for rent and property for rent, this could reflect differently if different keywords are searched upon.

The second part of the report shows where the searches are most commonly made from.  The graph below displays the top 10 areas where these searches were made and shows each keyword as a ratio.

From looking at the graph it can be seen that the top areas where searches were made are from West Lothain, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, St Albans and Basildon.  The information is gathered by Google from all searches made throughout the UK.

So for example taking the information for West Lothian there are around 5 times more searches for letting agents (red) than for property for rent (blue).

This tool can be used for any keywords with a maximum of 5 per search to display on the graphs.  The data used in this report has been compiled using the Google Trends Search.

Rentright is a UK wide property rental portal providing letting agents with a facility to advertise their property to the Internet and beyond.
