At Rentright we thought it was time to bring you an update on what developments have, are and will be taking place over the last and next few months.
Last Developments (Increased Property Coverage)
Just before the Christmas period Rentright completed the automatic upload facility to Oodle and The Sun Local Websites for all the properties that are uploaded to the Rentright Website. When you upload your property to Rentright all properties are automatically uploaded to these sites which will help in improving the coverage of the properties and your letting agency across the internet. This has already attracted a vast num
ber of new visitors and enquiries that have been sent regarding specific property to our member agents who have uploaded property. NOW is really the time to start uploading property if you are not already doing so. Simply login to your member area and click on property portfolio to start adding your property.
Current Developments (URL Restructure)
Since the beginning of January the development team have been hard at work on a big project to upgrade the site to run using new software infrastructure. This will include a complete rewrite of the URL structure of the website which we anticipate to have a favourable effect on the number of visitor clicks. This work is due to be completed by the end of February 2007, during this period we are not making any other changes to the website in order to keep system stability.
Other News
For a while the data feed to Ononemap property search site was not working correctly, this has now been resolved and all properties are being uploaded to this site on a daily basis also.
January 2007 was a record month for Rentright with more properties being added to the site and more enquiries.
