Rentright have had an exceptional start to 2007 and this is only the start of the increase in popularity of the website. Rentright have a comprehensive statistics and reporting system that is used to analyse the number of visitors, pageviews, hits, sessions and a great deal of other useful information that can be used to gauge the gains in the popularity of the website. Rentright can not give these figures out in this article as it could be used by the competition to gain a competitive edge, however what can be done is to show these statistics as percentage gains or losses over a month and indeed a daily average.
Below are two tables that outline information that has been gathered from February 2006 to present day. Each month Rentright will update these tables in order that the users of the site can see the progress that is being made with our promotion and visitor usage. This is all part of the transparency that Rentright likes to have with the site and the users in the flow of information. Over time some other useful charts will be added to further enhance the information given to you.

What is a hit?
A 'Hit' is simply a successful request to your web server from a visitor's browser for any type of file, whether an image, HTML page, an MP3Table Hits file, or any other type. A single web page can cause many Hits -- one for each image included on the page, etc.

Percentage Change Monthly Total is the increase/decrease in the total number of hits over the month
Percentage Change Daily Average is the increase/decrease in the daily average number of hits over the month

What are Pageviews?
A 'Pageview' is defined as a request from a visitor's browser for a displayable web page, generally an HTML file. In general, images and other embedded content, such as style sheets and javascript, are not considered to be Pageviews.
