Breaking down the figures 36% of all the tenant users either rated the services as excellent or very good. Only 10% of the users experiences were poor. 72% of the tenant users of the Rentright website rated the services on the site as good or better.
The results that came back from the tenant users showed that the majority of users found the site useful. Rentright will of course be continuing to improve the services and add more features to make the site even more useful for the users, the Rentright website is still in continual development and will continue to evolve. The aim is to reduce the percentage of people who found that the site did not cater for their needs so every user finds what they are looking for on the Rentright site.

The other feedback question was ''How Important is the Internet in Finding your Rental Property?' This is a very important question and the results that were fed back only went to prove this.
From the tenants who filled in the resulting questionnaire 41% thought that the Internet was vital for their search for their next rental property. An overwhelming 80% thought that the Internet was either vital or very important for their next property search. Only 1% thought that the Internet was not important in conducting their rental property search.
