What does it do?
LetMC is a web based software solution for residential lettings and property management. As it is web based it gives ultimate flexibility. It will automatically upgrade and is accessible anywhere. It works with other software packages, and is more powerful than desktop letting software.
What about support and upgrades?
LetMC.com prides itself in giving comprehensive support to all its clients. Because the software is web based it’s easy for our client support team to see exactly what the problem is and give the appropriate help over the phone. We typically release software upgrades 12 times a year and both the support service and upgrades are included in the monthly subscription fee. There are no additional hidden costs after purchase.
How much is it?
Price depends on the specific package, but typically the set up fee is £1,750 (includes two days training in Cardiff), and a per branch monthly licence fee of £125 for up to 5 users.
Why you need it?
LetMC will automatically upload to all major property portals, auto-match applicants and upload to client websites with a single click of the mouse. In addition, it also provides the facility for production of property lists, brochures and window displays.
Letmc.com comes complete with full double entry client accounting. This enables you to reconcile hundreds of bank statement entries within minutes, produce landlord statements and pay all your landlords at a touch of a button.
The web-based nature of the software allows for multi-branch access through a simple drop-down menu. There are no server or VPN requirements. Security settings can be applied to restrict access to sensitive information between branches.
LetMC will be introducing an upgrade for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in August 2008 (ready for the October deadline). The company is working on extra marketing tools and more ‘landlord login’ options. They’re also developing module so that Letmc.com can bridge and transfer data with estate agent’s software.
