What a difference a few months make
Rentright has been continuing to improve its rankings and month on month improvements have been seen across the whole of the 
UK. Rentright's SEO team are concentrating their efforts on the top 100 towns in the UK, but this work is having a knock on effect to the other towns listed on the site. In addition to the 
continued efforts of our SEO programme, Rentright has improved the URL structure and added new features and content. Over the coming months Rentright will continue to improve its offerings to agents and will also be looking at improving the way in which tenants contact agents as it is felt the current method is a little more cumbersome than is absolutely necessary. As you can see from the search engines it is now performing generally at between the 30-60 range and we anticipate this will progressively get better due to efforts being made continuosly on the site with both on page and off page optimisation techniques. Rentright will ofcourse keep you posted on our results, or for a snap shot see our articles section on the site.
Feature File : Let not Delete
An improvement that has been made to the system is a feature where the Letting Agents can set the status of a property to LET, which saves the property and stops it from being available to view for prospective tenants on the site, when the property is available again the agent simply sets the property back to live. This feature was requested by manyof our member agents who did not want to keep adding the property every time it was up for rent again. Using this service Rentright is able to help agents store all the properties they have in their portfolio into the Rentright system 
allowing agents the facility to only update when the property is available for re-let. Rentright will also be using the LET information and have in mind a very useful addition to the services on offer for its member agents in addition in the next few months we will add some other features providing information on rental property should agents wish to store things such as gas checks etc.
New Year - New Features
Rentright have just gone live with all the enhancements due for this year, and 2006 is expoected to be another huge leap for the site with huge additions and site improvements in the functionality of the site. The main addition will be further improvements to the property listings and agents profile page with the addition of a affiliates section where agents can take full advantage of the associations they have with the Governing bodies of the Letting Industry. Once again Rentright will lead the way in providing the best possible platform to advertise your full portfolio. Rentright is currently working on plans for a sales portal. The website will be similar to Rentright but will be exclusively for property for sale. Rentrights newest feature is a very simple help guide providing help and guidance for some of the most frequently asked questions has been added to the site. This help is given in three formats an interactive guide and also a PDF and Microsoft Word format. Many agents have had to email us for the answers to common problems and by developing this simple help section Rentright hope they have produced a document that will help both new and existing Agents alike. In additon Rentright will continue to keep this updated as additons are made to the site.
