Cambridgeshire is a county in the East side of England. Cambridgeshire has borders to Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire with the main urban locations of Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough and Wisbech.
The administrative capital of the county is Cambridge, with a population of around 118,500. The county has a total population of 750,000 and is split into six districts Cambridge, South Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire, Fenland, East Cambridgeshire and Peterborough (unitary).
Cambridgeshire is very low lying with its highest point only 146m above sea level and has some exceptional countryside with the Great Ouse and the Ouse Washes, the Nene Valley and numerous Nature Reserves, wildlife areas and RSPB reserves.
