A wide range of services are offered by Grants which can be adapted to meet your needs. We will discuss which option will be best for you and provide you with a full quotation on request. Letting only service Grants will provide all the marketing and advertising and selection of tenants; agree terms of tenancy; prepare the tenancy agreement; take a security deposit and the first month's rent and then hand over to you.

Letting and rent collection service Grants will do all of the above and then continue to collect monthly rental payments from the tenant on your behalf. Management of the property (e.g. repairs) remains the landlord's responsibility. Fully managed service Grants will do all of the above as well as dealing with any ongoing repairs. We will instruct reliable, high quality contractors to make the necessary repairs and will regularly inspect the property to report on its general condition.
