Jayne Beard Associates was founded in 1985 and focused upon housing foreign students for the Bedford English Study Centre. It was soon realised that there was a great demand for private accommodation and the business rapidly expanded. We have an excellent reputation within the town and with local companies and relocation agents in the surrounding areas.
We thrive upon a personal service which will mean that you will be dealt with by one person at all times and they will personally look after you and your property for the duration of that tenancy from the moment it has been let.
The combination of sound local knowledge and a growing reputation resulted in an expansion to High Street showrooms in 1990 and further offices in Rushden established in 1991 and our Kempston office in 1993. In 2003 we relocated to new premises in Harpur Street allowing us to upgrade our facilities and offer an even better service to our clients.
The company has interest in Estate Agency via Cooper Beard. The success in letting local properties has lead to employment of some 12 staff in our three office outlets whose intention is to develop the business into one of the largest property based firms in the region.
