Lanes Rentals was formed in 1998 by TIM MILLS to provide a more reliable, efficient and corporate approach to residential lettings. This was rather than the existing raft of estate agents with “add on” lettings.

Lanes Rentals are based in Milton Keynes on the shores and overlooking the beauty of “Furzton Lake” in ultra modern hi tec open plan offices with ample and easy parking. The company and staff are highly focused on liaising with all the major corporate businesses in M.K. and since its inception the ethos has been to concentrate on quality business, corporate clients and consequently professional lettings.

TIM MILLS (M.D.) has been in estate agency since 1985 in the M.K. area, starting his career as a negotiator at “Connells” and leaving in 1991 as a Board of Management Partner. Then at “General Accident Property Services” (now “Your Move”) he started up the rentals for the Milton Keynes area and left in 1998 to set up Lanes Rentals with a vision of quality & honesty.

DAVID BURCHELL (Director) joined the company in 2005 at the same time Lanes Rentals acquired another lettings business having come from the “Leisure Industry” with a highly corporate training background and staff motivational skills.
