During the past six years Michael Nicholas have expanded into Residential lettings and management and are now responsible for a substantial number of managed properties. We offer a comprehensive package to landlords, whether you are looking for the basic tenant find service or the full property management of your home we will be able to provide this.

We are able to assist in the order and completion of a Home Information Pack (HIP) and will complete the Energy Performance Certificate using our in house Energy Assessor. Using this ‘In house’ service we are able to produce the HIP’s within a 2-3 day period at a very competitive cost. We can also recommend Surveyors and Solicitors to help with any property matters you may have.
