Established in 1990 by local agents Jim Howgate and Glenn Kempster, Howgate & Kempster are one of the few estate agents who cover the entire borough of Thurrock through their well positioned offices in Grays and Stanford-le-Hope.

Our unique independent status enables us to seek out and implement the latest innovations and technology available within the industry to improve the service we provide to our clients. We were one of the first local agents to provide full colour details and operate a fully computerised applicant match system using SMS text and E-mail.
