Our fees are low and we do not charge VAT, so you can make even more money on your investment.
Our fees for letting and rent collection is normally 5% - if you call or email about your property, and quote "rentright.co.uk", we will reduce this to 4.5%
Likewise, our full management service is normally 7%, but if you call or email about your property, and quote "rentright.co.uk", we will reduce this to 6.5%
We can also do other pieces of work, such as tenant introduction, inventory checks, checking references, or any piece of admin work that you don't like doing. Just ask for details and prices.
