KB1 has developed through the purchase of a letting agency previously know as Aztec Properties. The company has been running for around 15 years and has a large number of successfully managed properties. We continue as KB1 to manage these properties as well as a consistent flow of new properties being given to us to manage.

KB1 also has a block management department which has been trading for a number of years.
