We are a small, independent letting agency, based in the historic city of Wells in Somerset. We offer a wide range of properties for residential letting, from town houses and flats to secluded country cottages.
Formed in 1995 by the proprietor Jill Meadows after completing over ten years service as an employee within the estate agency and lettings industry.
We currently manage over seventy properties and introduce tenants to many more. We believe our success is based on the quality of the properties we offer combined with our experience and knowledge of the locality.

We aim to provide our landlords with the most suitable tenant for their property and will work with you to help maximise your properties potential.
We can offer a full management service or simply provide you with a vigorously vetted tenant for your consideration.
