All our properties are in the Sheffield, Rotherham, Stocksbridge and Dinnington area. All belong to Bellhomes and are personally supervised and managed by Ian Bell. We have a mix of houses and apartments and a number of 'shares'. A small amount of office space is also available for self employed one person businesses who require a place with minimal overheads. Our client group are mostly professional people or sometimes in the shared houses post graduate students alongside young professionals.
We pride ourselves on high quality personal service and all our properties have central heating, double glazing and recently refurbished kitchens and bathrooms. Most have laminated floors. We usually redecorate between each tenancy.
We are flexible about length of tenancy and will do short lets even for those visting family or wanting to look around for a weekend. In addition we will do furnished, unfurnised or part furnished.
