This well-presented two-bedroom bungalow offers comfortable, modern living in a convenient location. The property has been thoughtfully updated in recent years, including a contemporary kitchen and bathroom, along with newer carpets and internal doors, so you can move in and feel at home straight away.
The layout is practical and easy to live in, with the hallway leading to most rooms. The spacious sitting room provides a great place to relax and enjoys a pleasant outlook to the front of the property, as does the second bedroom-ideal for guests, a home office, or additional living space. The main bedroom is positioned at the rear, overlooking the private garden for a quieter setting.
One of the standout features is the outdoor space. The garden offers a mix of patio and lawn, giving you plenty of room to unwind, entertain, or enjoy time outside. The conservatory provides a natural link between the home and garden and a shed at the rear adds useful storage. There is aside access to the garden with double gates with a hard standingwhich would be useful for storing a boat or other beach gear or perhaps apool or hot tub.
Parking is straightforward, with a driveway providing space for two to three cars.
The property is well located for everyday convenience, with the shops and amenities of Stubbington village nearby, and the seafront at Lee-on-the-Solent just a short drive away-ideal for coastal walks and days out.
