The property is on the 1st floor and has a flight of steps up to property (please note there is no lift available). It is a bedsit with a combined living / sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom (with shower over bath) and storage.

A local lettings policy is in place, please see details below;

References must be provided from a minimum of 2 sources, one of which should be from a previous or current landlord.

Applicants must be able to provide a full 3 years address history for referencing purposes.

Any applicant who is known to have been the perpetrator of violent or anti social behaviour, or any other form of nuisance, will not be considered for accommodation in the area.

Applicants with a current drug and/or alcohol abuse issues will not be considered for accommodation in the area.

Applicants with a history of drug and/or alcohol abuse issues will need to provide evidence or references to support they have not suffered any relapse within the previous 12 months.

Any applicant, who is known to have a general tenancy support requirement and/or vulnerabilities, will not be considered for accommodation in the area.

Only applicants aged 25 years and above will be considered for allocation in this area in the Bedsit and One Bedroom flats.

Applicants who are employed, either full-time or part-time will be prioritised for allocation in this area to try and achieve a sustainable community

Rent is charged over a 52-week period.


Rent payments must be made in advance. Universal Credit claimants and those in employment need to make an advance rent payment of 1 months rent (£407.03) when signing up.
